The ways we've approached how players collect cards has changed over the years to accommodate these paradigm shifts

Any card with a golden hexagon in the upper left corner can be used as Ink from what weve seen so far, most cards can be used as Ink

Jilt (Invasion/Planeshift/Apocalypse) By the same token, without the kicker Jilt is an overcosted Unsummon - although I can't stress enough how important bounce spells are in limited for blue

Sometimes you just need an Icy Manipulator-style card, even an aggressive deck

Furthermore, if they need a flying shark token right now, they can cycle Shark Typhoon two mana and X to create one X/X flying shark token
